The Study will build on the SNP to validate the future transport task, test when offline public transport may be required, assess whether viable technology pathways exist, and identify any significant governance, funding, ownership, delivery or implementation constraints.<br> <br>The Contract will look to achieve the following outcomes:<br>• Confirm the problems that offline public transport would be able to address and the transport task it is expected to perform.<br>• Understand sensitivities relating to demand, timing, system requirements and the future role of offline public transport.<br>• Identify ownership, operating and governance requirements<br>• Clarify the role of public agencies and private sector participants<br>• Identify major risks, constraints, dependencies and potential fatal flaws<br>• Determine the most appropriate future sponsorship and delivery pathway<br>• Ensure future investment decisions are guided by network outcomes<br><br>Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement. <br>Tenderers must submit all queries through
