The project has been developed to address aging asset conditions, improve functionality, enhance community wellbeing outcomes and support future growth within the Ōtaki district. Council seeks to achieve best value for money, maintain programme certainty, allocate risk appropriately and encourage competitive market participation from suitably experienced aquatic facility contractors.<br><br>Council is seeking respondents that can clearly demonstrate the experience, capability, capacity and financial strength required to successfully deliver a specialist aquatic facility project of similar scale and complexity. Particular importance is placed on relevant pool and recreation facility experience, strong health and safety performance, suitably qualified and available key personnel, sound delivery methodologies, realistic programmes, and a proven ability to manage project risks.</td></tr></table>
