This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Solicitation number 36C10X27Q0014 is issued for this combined synopsis/solicitation; this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026.� Requirement Description:� VA has a requirement to purchase Autotransfusion Units to deliver patient care to its VA Medical Centers around the country. An Autotransfusion Units also known as an autologous blood recovery system, is a system that provides hospitals with an easy-to-use, reliable way to recover a patient s own high-quality blood during medium to high blood loss procedures, including cardiac, orthopedic, trauma, transplant, vascular and OBGYN surgeries. Once recovered, the blood is washed and delivered to a product bag. The complete system is designed to be intuitive and flexible for optimal performance, supporting exceptional patient care. A single award Requirements contract will be awarded as a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedule of this solicitation herein. Quotes shall contain the terms for cost/price and technical capabilities of the brand name or equal equipment.
