Object : Marché de travaux GRANDS CARMES 20-28 Le marché de travaux suivant comprend la restauration, rénovation et réaffectation d’un ensemble d’immeubles classés et non classés en Centre Communautaire LGBTQIA+. Le projet prévoit une zone d’équipements d’intérêt collectif comprenant : -Un horeca -Un espace d’exposition -Deux salles événementielles polyvalentes -Des bureaux associatifs -Une maison médicale -Des aménagements extérieurs en intérieur d’ilot -Trois appartements en lien direct avec le Centre Communautaire Adresse du projet : rue des Grands Carmes n°20 à 28 à 1000 Bruxelles Les parcelles sont cadastrées comme suit : 1ère division, section A n° 220b Rue des Grands Carmes 20 n° 221d Rue des Grands Carmes 22 n° 222 Rue des Grands Carmes 24 n° 223a Rue des Grands Carmes 26 - 26A n° 224b Rue des Grands Carmes 28 - 28A
