Le présent marché public se rapporte à une procédure ouverte soumise à la publicité européenne pour la désignation d’un prestataire qui aura pour mission d’externaliser le processus de facturation de Vivalia ainsi que l’envoi des rappels aux patients. L’externalisation comprend : - L’impression des factures sur base du fichier transmis par Vivalia ; - L’impression des rappels sur base du fichier transmis par Vivalia ; - La mise sous pli ; - L’option digitalisation : application du QR Code, envoi via e-box, par mail ou SMS, mise en place d’un portail patient ; - L’expédition des factures et des rappels des patients de Vivalia
