The indicative concept uses about 14 piers, each 900mm in diameter and 3.0 to 3.5m deep<br> - Concrete and asphalt cutting, spoil disposal, and reinstating the court surface around each post<br> - Rainwater collection connected to the existing stormwater system<br> - Any geotechnical investigation needed, and locating underground services<br> - As-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties at handover<br><br>The works are on an operating school site. They will be delivered in a single stage with one handover at Practical Completion.</td></tr></table>
