In preparation for the anticipated borrowing programme commencing in the FY2028 financial year, Eskom has appointed a consortium to support the development of its ESG Funding Framework. Consequently, there is a need to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the SPO services to independently assess the framework, confirm its alignment with recognised market standards, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
