Le présent contrat porte sur les travaux d'entretien spécialisés, de réparation et de reconstruction des structures et équipements des ouvrages d'art du Département du Nord. Les prestations sont réalisées dans le cadre d'un lot unique couvrant l'ensemble du territoire départemental. Le contrat porte également sur les travaux sur ouvrages hydrauliques et les travaux d'urgence qui pourraient être nécessaires pour le port de Gravelines et le barrage du Val Joly. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum sur la durée du marché public de 16 000 000,00 euro(s) HT, soit 19 200 000,00 euro(s) TTC
