L'accord cadre s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes dont le Département de l'Isère est le coordonnateur. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. les montants estimés annoncés pour chacun des lots sont basés sur les constatations des années passées et ne sont donnés qu'à titre prévisionnel et correspondent à la durée totale du marché, reconductions comprises, soit 4 ans
