Tender description
Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Installation eines Vakuumbandfilters zur Filtration von faserigen und körnigen Biomassesuspensionen bzw. Hydrolysaten in der Demosntrationsanlage BioCampus MultiPilot (BMP). Auslegung: bis 10 m³/h Zulauf, bis 15 Gew.-% TS, aktive Filterfläche ca. 0,5–1,5 m². Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die technische Detailplanung, die erforderliche MSR- und Automatisierung, Fertigung, Werksprüfung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Leistungsnachweis und Dokumentation. Detaillierte technische und prozessbezogene Unterlagen werden interessierten Unternehmen nach Abgabe einer Verschwiegenheitserklärung über die Vergabeplattform zugänglich gemacht.
