Tender description
113 beschikt over meerdere websites die zijn opgebouwd op verschillende onderliggende technologieën en systemen. Hierdoor zijn beheer en onderhoud versnipperd, is de onderlinge samenhang beperkt en worden functionaliteiten en componenten onvoldoende hergebruikt. De huidige inrichting bemoeilijkt integraal overzicht, consistente kwaliteit en schaalbare doorontwikkeling. 113 streeft naar één centraal platform voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en hosten van meerdere websites, gebaseerd op één centraal CMS en één contentbibliotheek voor alle assets. De gekozen richting is een moderne (headless) API-gedreven architectuur. De contentlaag is ontkoppeld van de presentatielaag, zodat websites en campagnes een eigen uitstraling en gebruikerservaring kunnen krijgen zonder de centrale beheerstructuur te doorbreken. Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst met een maximale waarde van € 2.700.000,- exclusief BTW.
