De opdracht ziet op het verrichten van een breed scala aan stedenbouwkundige werkzaamheden gedurende een lange periode, voor het gebied SchieDistrict. De initiële looptijd van de opdracht is daarom 8 jaar. De werkzaamheden bevatten een breed scala aan stedenbouwkundige werkzaamheden: stedenbouwkundige plannen, inrichtingsplannen voor de openbare ruimte, supervisie op werkgroepen waarin private ontwikkelaars hun plannen afstemmen met de gemeente, ontwerpen en voorbereiden bouwkundige projecten etc. 1
