Tender description
Trafikverksskolan avser att upphandla ett ramavtal för kurser i förhandlingsteknik. Uppdraget innebär att utveckla, planera, situationsanpassa och genomföra kurser samt ta fram material för deltagarna. Utveckling och planering sker i samspel med representanter från Trafikverket. Hänsyn ska tas till att deltagarna befinner sig på olika nivåer kunskaps- och erfarenhetsmässigt. De utbildare som offereras, ordinarie utbildare såväl som ersättare, ska vara de som utför uppdraget.
